"I noticed my heat was not working at 9pm. I searched for a HVAC repairman on Angie's List. Frank Rubino with Photon Mechanical called me within 15 minutes of using Angie's List. By 11pm, he restored the heat to my home. He performed additional inspections and repairs. His depth of knowledge about HVAC was impressive and he was extremely professional. The service call at 11pm was only $125. Other companies charge $250 to just show up. His truck was fully stocked at 11pm to perform all repairs. I would not hesitate to call Frank for any other maintenance concerns."
