"Dedicated electrical services was very professional, from the first phone call to get an estimate to completing the job. I needed six can lights changed from 'Peg' light bulbs to LEDs. The electricians that came to my home listened to what I had to say about the issue with the peg lights and provided options for a solution. During the installation of new light fixtures, that have a brightness setting, they checked after installing the first one to see if the light setting was okay before moving on with the rest. For the first time in a few years I finally have decent lighting in my kitchen. I no longer feel like I live in a cave. I will definitely be having Dedicated Electric Services come back and change out the remaining 'peg' lights in my home."

"Yes, he got all the work done that he was hired to do. On top of that, there were obstacles that made the job more difficult, but he got around those and did an excellent job. I live in an older home and I have an older electrical box. I thought for sure he was going to tell me it needed to be replaced. But he said though it was old, It was still a good box. I appreciated the fact that he showed up when he said he would or would call to say he was running behind. "My request for an HVAC system through Homeadvisor was very clear. The home does not have an existing furnace or ductwork. When the salesperson called, I explained that the home needed a furnace and ductwork. The agent said no problem we can handle that. Unfortunately, the sales agent that came today informed us that the company does not do new ductwork installation. They only perform repairs or replace furnaces. He did offer a mini-split solution, which isn't viable for our home due to power outages. Very frustrating and a total waste of my time and David Shelton the Comfort Consultant that came to our home."

"There were problems with the installation of the heating system. We requested that either the owner or manager come out to inspect and resolve the issues. We were told the owner would be out at 3 pm. When he did not show up, we called and were then told the appointment had been rescheduled for 7:30. When someone did show up, it was out the installer who had done the initial work. Although he did fix some of the minor issues, he was dismissive of the others and did not address them. We again requested that either the boss or manager come out. We were repeatedly told we would be contacted, but have not heard back yet.***UPDATE 12/23/2020: After HomeAdvisors assistance, we were able to get them out here and all the problems were resolved."

"We are in the process of putting together a small hair salon and needed a licensed/bonded/insured electrician to be sure that the install of fixtures and wiring was to code requirements. After several months of planning and talking with numerous electricians on the phone, I found Troy, owner of Pacific Home Electric, to be by far, the best choice for the job. He was quite honest and up front about true costs of accessories, needing to do an on-site estimate for greatest pricing accuracy, and even went out of his way to tell me where to get my own fixtures to save even more money. Of the 5 licensed electricians I talked to, none of them would come and do a pre-estimate other than Troy at PHE. All others wanted to just schedule the appointment and gave me ballpark estimates of what the cost could be and left it open to "..depending on the situation when we see it." They showed up just a few minutes past the scheduled time due to GPS routing issues and this was quite understandable as I tend to live quite a ways away from their familiar territory. He and his journeyman got to work immediately upon arrival. They were well-prepared with a company van which seemed to be stocked with every conceivable item needed to tackle some of the odd on-demand requests I had made after the fact. This was amazing to me! The weather was exceptionally hot during the installation (102 degrees and no air conditioning!) but this didn't seem to faze them. They worked straight through the day, only stopping for 30 minutes to grab a quick lunch. At the end of the process, I made a last minute request to drop in an extra outlet and Troy even threw that in at no extra charge. So technically, the total came out lower than what the estimate would have been had I requested that up front. At the end of the day, Troy followed up with me again one last time to make sure that everything was well and that I was completely happy with the install, which I was. I've permanently affixed their business card to my wall next to the fuse panel and won't even need to think twice about calling them to do my next upcoming project or problem."
