"Honesty is a treasured and appreciated service. Unfortunately. it is a rarity to find a company that will go beyond good service and treat you like a neighbor. That is the service I had with Orca. Rick arrived on time, reprogrammed my door after a power outage, corrected the length/functionality, looked up warranty information for me without being asked, and provided a copy of how to reset if it happens again. Then the remote was tested for me and for a modest fee cleaned and greased the track/wheels. This older model will not last much longer, and no question it will be Orca and Rick I call when it does stop. Refreshing to find a honest business that goes over and above."

We had to select a rating and choose an answer for “would you hire again”, but we really can’t speak to either of those things since we didn’t hear from him."

"Had SD Express (Honeycomb Construction) paint our garage and WOW - it made a huge difference. Overall very happy with the outcome and service provided by Eugeniu and his brother and would hire again (have already recommended him to family members). I sent Eugeniu an email and he replied promptly and came by for an in person visit to provide an estimate (I was only interested in prime / paint at first) but Eugeniu recommended that we mud / sand the walls first to give the garage a smoother finish. The estimate process was easy and when we agreed upon a date / time for service, Eugeniu was professional and arrived on time each day. Eugeniu and his brother covered the paint site with appropriate protective cover so the paint would not stain the floor or a few of our personal items that we left in the garage. They applied mud the first day, sand and prime the second day and painted the ceiling and walls the 3rd day (white ceiling and grey walls). The paint job made a huge difference - what was previously unfinished we now look forward to organizing and making it a useable space"

I ordered the part, called David and left him a message after it was delivered. He returned my call, scheduled a time to replace it (only 2 days later). He arrived on time, did the work that was needed, and did not charge me a sticker shock fee. I would definitely hire him again."

"Not only did Keith perform high quality work, but he designed our display shelves. He also designed the interior trim design for our front doors and sidelights with an artist's eye for what looked best. He worked steadily and left his work areas neat and clean."
