This project included the removal of all the old shingles; replacement of several sheets of plywood; the installation of: ice and water shields, sidewall flashing, chimney flashing, & ridge vent; and then the installation of: GAF underlayment, new GAF architectural shingles, and gutter guards. We were extremely pleased with the contractors timely and professional work. Detailed time was taken to assure that our needs & association requirements were met. All work (including dumpster placement & removal) was completed in one day. We highly recommend that Keven Hall of Inspired Exteriors be contacted by homeowners when considering the replacement of their roof. "The experience of having a roof installed on a home that is attached to a neighbor has all the pitfalls that could negatively affect your relationship with your neighbor. As well as affecting the other neighbors because parking is at a premium at this city location. Paddys eliminated those pitfalls by performing in such an efficient manner that the work performed was accomplished in a single day minimizing the pain to our neighbors. As for the quality of the workmanship, Joses crew was as professional as they come. They were polite and responsive to my requests. Also Brian the QC inspector was professional in performing his oversite to ensure me that my neighbors home was as good or better than when the roof work was started. Matt the project manager was quick to respond to whatever I asked of them. These individuals demonstrated Paddys customer-focused culture and professionalism in all aspects of their job, be it workmanship, communication, or customer service. "Michael was very responsive to my request for help. I always previously told by Homestar that the water stains I was seeing in the ceiling in a few locations was due to the ridge vents that needed to be replaced. And that I needed a new roof with a 40k estimate for the roof. Micheal showed up and advised the leaks were from nail pops and the ridge vent and shingles were all fine. He provided photos and explained more will probably pop but the best option was to replace the faulty ones for now and check for any new next year. Finally a responsive, polite professional not looking to rip people off from the get go."
