"I picked Mike (of Shingle Express) over two other smooth talking roof guys. My liked Mike's professor like attitude. The other two guys wanted to replace two sections of shingles (about 100 sq ft each). On the initial assessment, Mike said that my shingles were in good shape. From looking at the wet spot inside the roof, I did not think I have a wide spread problem. I felt that Mike was more likely to trouble shoot the problem and fix it. I went with Mike/Shingle Express. I was right in my gut feel. My leaky roof ended up taking ten trips to fix 5 problems. (Note: Every service trip had a scouting trip to assess the problem and came back to fix it later). Mike was very reasonable to work with. This is the good point. The not-so-good point is that you need to have faith that Mike will show up. He did not always show up when he said he would. But, he did show up a few days later from the original date. With regard to the five leaking spots, I cannot image how would I ended up with the other two guys that I did not choose."

"Dave and his team have been great. I had a fairly large project, all new window, all new siding, stair tread replacement and trimming out the windows on the inside. Dave and his team were excellent throughout the whole process. They did our screened in porch as well and it is excellent workmanship. Found a few other things that needed to get done and Dave and his team were able to accomodate. Highly recommend Dave Donohue! Trust me, you will like him and he is responsive. I am going to hire him to do our floor replacements as well."

"From the first estimate with Harry, to interactions with Jason and finally the team that replaced my roof - everything went very smoothly and my roof looks fantastic. I had received 4 estimates for this work and J.W. Tull matched the lowest bid I received and also upgraded the shingles to CertainTeed Shingles. Turnaround time from estimate to roof completion was 6 days. The first day my roof was torn off, plank replacement where necessary, and shingle application. The roofing team work very efficiently and arrived at 8 am and worked through until 730 pm on the first day. The second day the team installed the rest of the roof, including a dormer that needed flat roof installation. When finished the team cleaned my yard up and ran the magnet in all surrounding areas. This morning you would never know they had been there the last two days as my yard was immaculate. Jason, thanks to you and your team for all your efforts - I love the roof!"

"Very professional and a fair price! I received a straightforward Proposal estimate in a timely fashion. Ivan and his crew were on time, diligent, and they paid careful attention to detail. Cleanup was perfect. A problem was discovered with the type of nails that had been used previously on the plywood; these were replaced at no additional charge for time/labor. I was also able to keep my existing skylights because this crew had the expertise and was willing to spend the extra time and to secure the proper flashing.
