He was professional, friendly and clear on how he would proceed based on what we wanted done. He showed up when promised and worked hard and left my home immaculate. We were very pleased. After a couple weeks we did have a small area of vinyl plank separate in an area where our 85 year old original flooring had settled some. I called Chet and he immediately apologized.
