She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. "Wires were a mess on one of our garage door sensors, which was the immediate problem, and he fixed that in no time flat. Then he turned to replacing the decrepit sensor on the other side, which was hanging by a thread, with a secure new one with good wire connections. Then he checked out the rest of the system and greased the tracks on the garage doors, so that instead of sounding like a train is passing through the house, you can barely notice them. All this in about a half hour or less.

He also showed me his company's credentials and their excellent ratings with various rating agencies. He gave me a quote and I was contacted to confirm the installation date. "Excellent experience.  The estimate was very detailed, and more than competitive.  I had time constraints, that Mr Coulter and crew accommodated at no additional cost.  Since they painted the interior of the entire house, there was extensive wall preparation needed in several rooms (due to some very old wall paper removal), and their attention to detail ensured a consistent quality throughout the house.
I wanted the job done correctly--this was the right contractor. 
The crew was professional, clean, and very pleasant individuals to have in my home for a week.  They were extremely detailed -- the quality of work showed an impressive sense of pride.  They went through at the end of each day carefully looking for any flaws, drips, etc., immediately  correcting any issues (there might have been a drop or two -- they work meticulously to avoid mistakes).
Essentially, when they were done, my house looked amazing--better than expected.
