They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. He knew exactly how to deal with the insurance companies and always had the correct forms on hand that would need to be submitted. He looked for ways to save on using our insurance funds and came in below the estimate. He made sure to give us better quality shingles than what was installed before. When our roof in the neighborhood seemed to be on the border for being replaced, he made sure to advocate for us. It turned out the insurance company did not disagree.

I was told by a different contractor who fixed some gutters, that I needed to have someone who knew how to fix flat roofs inspect my flat porch roof. After asking around, several people highly recommended contacting William Mackay. Brittany quickly scheduled for a technician to come out -- and the same day Mr. Mackay inspected my roof and emailed me the proposal. He answered all my questions (as did Brittany!) "Robert arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional.  We have alot of LF of gutters and 12/12 pitch roofs and dormers.  He did the work quickly and cleanly, bagging all of the debris.  Normally, when I do it, the ground looks like a hurricane had been through but with K&R, I couldn't even tell the gutters had been cleaned.  Beautiful!
