It hasnâ t even been a year and the roof is failing. I have called the office one a week for the past 3 weeks requesting repairs before I have more damage. I am told by Liz she will let Luke know and she will get back to me. Still to date 3 weeks later numerous phone calls and no response. The make no effort to make things right or honor the warranty.
