"They came out the same day even though it wasn't an emergency. Nick the technician was great! Did a thorough job and was fast. Gave us options and explained everything clearly. Even looked at a drain leak and didn't charge us. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 for the value for the money is based on how long it took to do the project, the hourly rate is like well over $300. But I guess that's just the plumbing business. If you have to hire a professional, it's gonna cost. Other than that, I would highly recommend these guys and should we have plumbing issues again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them."

They had a man on his way to another job but since mine was an emergency they re-routed him to my home. He arrived within 10 minutes, showed me the place where the line was cracked and leaking. Explained the work he would do and the cost to me. I accepted and he started to dig the line up to repair the area. It was just at sunset and he worked in the dark for over an hour. Unlike many of the plumbing and electrical â firmsâ in Florida who have a price for every element of work you want them to do, up charge you for the products they provide you for the job, and quote you a price 2-3x what the job should cost, Nick gives you a fair deal. I had a nonworking sump pump. I called Nick. He was at my home in one hour and four hours later the job was done, including him going to Home Depot to get the pump I wanted.
