"I hired Premium Pressure for a roof cleaning. They said 16 tiles needed replacement before cleaning and offered to do it for $85 each. I provided the tiles, but instead of replacing them, they glued broken pieces together?sometimes charging full price just to glue small corners. The workmanship was poor. A wind mitigation inspection confirmed the repairs do not meet code or insurance standards, and I now have to hire a licensed roofer to redo the work. Even after sharing the report, Christiano refused to provide a refund. I was also unable to find evidence that the company is licensed or insured. On top of that, the cleaning process damaged my grass and plants."

"Clean Masters also cleaned our roof shingles and did an excellent job. They noted and photographed several missing shingles, which resulted in us hiring a contractor to repair. Very professional and the quality of the work was excellent. During the same visit, Clean Masters stripped, sealed and resurfaced our paver driveway and sidewalks. We had previously replaced 1/5th of our pavers, which Clean Masters cleaned, re-sanded and then sealed. They are returning this week for additional treatment for color matching. 3 days after their work, the owner returned on his own, to inspect the die color. He has arranged to return this week to augment the color tone used, for a better match to our original paver die sealant. An excellent small company, with competitive pricing and excellent results."
