"Our roof was damaged by a raccoon which caused leaks inside the house when it rained. Called Capps Roofing because I was already familiar with their work. Mark Capps made appointment for estimate. Once all the paperwork was done and accepted, it was about a month before they started the job. This time frame was expected and acceptable. The job included taking off old roof, replacing wood that was damaged by mold or water; took off the chimney that was damaged by raccoon; put down new metal roof and replaced gutters, and I'm sure more than I can remember. Capps workers worked hard and they tried to keep yard picked up from debris. Once the job was completed, they had everything picked up. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work included. Capps Roofing has been in business for a number of years. Everyone was courteous and answered all questions. I highly recommend Capps Roofing for your roofing needs. I love my metal roof."

"Representative was immediately available; did thorough research on problem, including a personalized and detailed drawing of both the problem and the proposed solution. I obtained a much lower estimate from another firm, but wanted to go with a professional roofer who offered warranty (this company gave a two-year warranty.) Had some difficulty actually getting the work done in a timely fashion, due to heavy storms that swept the surrounding areas and other customers had much more critical problems than mine. I was pleased with the explanation of the repairs, and the time the representative took to review the problem and explain the solution. Obviously, only time will tell if the repairs were successful - but so far, no problems."

"James came out and checked the leaks and provide an estimate.  Since the boards holding the roof were not rotted, it only required minor work to be done.  They scheduled my job for the same week and the guys came out and within an hour had repaired both spots on the roof.  They were very nice, and left the property clean when done.  I would recommend Oneway
