"It was an absolute pleasure working with DanDale Fence. The experience was pleasurable from start to finish. The salesmen Ryan was very thorough in his presentation and didn't hesitate to answer questions when asked about the product. Every point that he touched on we personally experienced from a No-Name contractor from Lowe's. The quality of the vinyl fence that was presently there was leaning and had gaps between the panels. Some of the post were not not secured in the ground and the DanDale workers brought it to our attention. "I was referred by a friend who had them install a composite deck. I had 3 contractors look at my deck to demo and replace with wood. They had a competitive price. They were done in 3 days! Short punch list which the owner had his men address. I would say Iâ m pretty picking but his men completed everything to my 100% satisfaction!!! I would definitely recommend â A PAIR OF HANDSâ !! "I was very pleased with the fence installment. They were very timely from first meeting to start day (it did not take a long time to get them out and do the job. They also did excellent follow-up after our initial meeting. The only two complaints I have are: 1) The installment day they told me they would arrive about 7:15-7:30. They were late and did not call. I needed to be at an appointment so I phoned at 8:45 and they said they would be here in 30 minutes. They were another hour late and didn't call. I called again and they said they were out back. They should have called first or come to the front door to let me know they were here so I could show them what we wanted and leave for work. So on this front, they need to be more professional and call to let the customer know they will be late. And 2) When I had the original meeting to take measurements I mentioned that the only requirement was that they not use aliens on their work team. I was assured that this would not happen. When they showed up, there were three men (2 Americans and one Mexican). By that time it was too late and I didn't say anything. But those two complaints aside, they did a beautiful job on the fence. The excellent work they did more than made up for the two complaints I mentioned. It was custom made, aesthetic, and very well built. We are very pleased and would recommend Deck Cetera to neighbors and friends."
