"Hands down the BEST plumber I’ve ever dealt with!! He had me send photos of the tank and area (which I liked because I didn’t have to clear my schedule for the estimate. Super convenient!) He was super helpful in answering all of my questions about my options, he was very polite, left the area cleaner than he found it and he was the lowest price in the area for the best work. Without specifying, he installed a quality brand tank and removed the old one and made sure we knew how to operate everything and suggested we flush the tank every 6 months to extend the life of the tank. I refuse to use anyone else but him now. That’s the only time I’ve not felt like I was getting “hustled” or taken advantage of by a plumber. Such a positive experience during a stressful situation!! "Expensive $11.5K to put in a shower in place of a tub, done in one day. Asked for brushed nickel, but got chrome everything. Asked for 2 shelves but just got 1 which they say is standard. They came back next day with 2nd shelf insisting I did not order. I do not know how a family can get by with 1 little shelf for shampoos and soaps, or why one would be standard. They left wall unfinished and floor untrimmed. Minimal retrofit. It works. Plastic and chrome, but works for now. My other retrofit tub with 6 shelves cost $1750 installed labor + materials, 1/10th the price."
