"I had Romine Contracting put in new floors in my entire condo, remodel my entire kitchen, and put new vanities in my bathrooms along with a few minor projects such as fixing a closet door. Vinny and DJ began the work on time, cleaned each day after finished, and consistently worked until the projects were finished. In my estimation, they did an excellent job. I love a company that works until they’re finished and also has a very good idea of the time it takes to do the job, but also does quality work. I am very impressed with their work and have only accolades. I will be calling them again for what I call phase two of my remodeling as I would consider no one else. Vinny and DJ lived up to their reputation of excellent reviews. I would not hesitate to rehire and would highly suggest to consider them for the work you want/need. I couldn’t be happier."

"Premier 1 Properties completed a major remodel in a little over 4 mos. It was a big job that included removing walls, reducing a fireplace, installation of new windows, doors, removing a bump out window, installing semi custom cabinetry in a completely remodeled kitchen, installation of semi custom cabinets and all appliances. Demo and rebuilt a new larger walk in pantry, installed custom designed hollow tube stair rail, all new light fixtures and recessed lighting in all spaces including hallway. Complete remodel of master bath and hall bath update. Installed new tile in kitchen and bathroom, new fireplace and stone, new vinyl tile floors in bathrooms, refinished hardwood flooring on main floor and installed and stained new stir treads. Installed new freestanding tub and glass shower enclosure, new casement around windows and floor trim. Installed a sliding door and vinyl siding on back side of house. Considering how big the job was, this team did a great job in a pretty timely manner. Eric is extremely consciences of details and I very much appreciate it. The job wasn't without hiccups but that's to be expected. All in all it went very well and we're very happy with the cost we paid and the beautiful outcome we achieved. I'm sure we'll use Premiere 1 Properties again in the future. We would recommend them to others."

"This isn’t the first time County remodeling has done work for us! I added above windows, siding and doors because they did that a few years ago for us, and were great to work with. "I contacted Remodeling Plus to give me an estimate for remodeling a basement, which entailed creating 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a creating walls for a general purpose area out of the basement space. I am extremely glad I choose Remodeling Plus for several reasons. Bill, the owner of Remodeling Plus, and his colleague, Mark, have a great attitude. After working with several different tradesmen, it is a pleasure to work with people who want the customer to be satisfied and good to great lengths to ensure their satisfaction. For example, after I had carpet installed, he was there the same evening to finish trimming the doors so they wouldn't drag on the carpet. Bill provided great guidance on the project. His initial estimate for the project was quite accurate. The project cost more by the end because I made changes to the scope of the project. Bill recommended several good contractors to perform the electrical, drywall, and HVAC work. He also recommended working directly with my local municipality for the permitting process for speed of response by the municipality and cost. He also made recommendations of how to lay out the space in the bathroom based on his experience and the constraints of the space. His many years of experience in carpentry and home remodeling shows in the quality work he performs. For example, we had sliding doors installed for the closet built for the bedroom. Bill took the time to trim the sliding doors to fit around the base molding so the door fits flush to the wall instead of leaving a gap between the wall and sliding door. He also trimmed the doors up for the short basement. His knowledge and experience helped as the project grew and changed. He was able to fill in the floor with concrete after the plumber broke up a 30 foot long, 2 foot wide trench for the new sewer line. He was able to install 2 new basement windows into slots that had weird angles and require building a new frame for it. He can perform plumbing and electrical work if building permit is not required. I have lived in the remodeled space for about 1 month. It is hard to imagine what the space looked like before. The space is comfortable, well laid-out, and very functional."
