"DE Flooring has been our go to general contractor for 3 separate projects in the past 15 years. 1st project was to replace all the kitchen countertops/bars & niches’ ledges with a beautiful veined high end granite. 2nd was a shower enlargement and installation gorgeous slab marble to the shower, separate tub surround and double vanity. The scope of the work also included to close up a wall and add an arched built in to our master bedroom. All the work was superior quality, it became even more apparent when after an unpreventable illness this awesome shower had to be replace to accommodate a zero entrance ledge and a wheelchair entry, hence another complete remodel. In the process of this 3rd project remodel it was easy to see behind all the walls and 10 years later not a drop of water had leaked or penetrated the original install. It was so tight it was difficult to take it down. I am confident this second remodel of the bathroom will be just as well done as the first. We also chose to replace the master suite carpeting which gives quite an uplift to the rooms. The owner comes by and double checks on the progress daily, instructs his crews and speaks to us. He never has dismissed our inquiries no matter what adversity could be lurking in his personal life. His subs are all professional, friendly and extremely respectful at all times. This is also a reflection of the leadership. You cannot go wrong by engaging this company to do your construction. If a mistake happens it will be rectified immediately with no argument as well. "Zeno was excellent in every way. Very nice guy, and explained the entire process thoroughly. And with before and after photos. Came out on a Saturday to give us a quote, and as it was reasonable, did the work on the spot. He cleaned the dryer vent from the laundry room to where it exited the roof, removed all the old sealant tape in the attic, replaced with new, and caulked the roof vent. He completely cleaned up all the dryer lint. He could not have been better. As the company also does HVAC duct cleaning, I was wondering how hard he might push to sell a job for that. He did mention it before he left, but NO pressure ate all. We did ask for a quote, and he provided one, but no pushing in any way - just a nice, helpful guy. The fastest way to not get a job from me is to be the slightest bit aggressive, and he handled it perfectly. The experience with Zeno was nothing but pleasant."
