"We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

I actually considered writing the review before the job had even been done based solely on the level of professionalism and responsiveness I received in just trying to get a quote from Lorenzo. Lorenzo and his team at LC Flooring are rockstars!! I was moving into a new place with carpeting and wanted to put hardwood flooring down in the master. Got very high quotes from a couple of vendors who also said it could not be done within my timeframe. I decided to source the wood directly and hire a contractor to install. Lorenzo promptly reached out after I put a request in and was super accommodating and responsive even over the holiday break. I felt right away I was working with someone I could trust to not oversell and I was right! He was super helpful and did exactly what he said he would do every single time! "Beau and his crew installed a new prefinished wood floor in my dining room, entry way, living room and family room. In a few short years, the floor is scratched, dented and floor boards are loose. We have contacted them more times than I can count. Most of the time there is never a call back or when an appointment is set a no show. This is not the way a business should be run. I would think twice about hiring them. I know I am in the minority, but truth is truth. UPDATE: Beau contacted us and his crew came out promptly completing all necessary repairs."

"We visited the business several times before deciding to purchase carpet there. The owner was professional and provided information without being pushy. He came to our house to measure and provide a quote. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a day. They did not charge to move the furniture (the other businesses we looked into did). We could probably have paid less at Home Depot or someplace similar, but we were interested in patronizing a small business that used their own employees to install the carpet instead of contracting out. The carpet was installed in September and we have been very happy with it. I would recommend Carpet Time highly."
