I called GMC, hopeful they could clear the line. Geremi responded immediately, quoted a reasonable price to unclog the line, was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave it his all until the line was clear!! His camera showed water running through the line after it was cleared, and his recommendation was simply annual snaking for $75. I was literally almost resigned to a huge 12 K problem and canâ t express how grateful I am that Geremi didnâ t give up and succeeded at unclogging this drain, and that I was able to see with his camera that the pipe was not, in fact, done. There were no added charges for the extra time or new snake blades it took to cut through this clog and no expensive and unnecessary recommendations. I now have a trusted plumber for life."

They did the work quickly, even adding some additional safety measures without charging. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.
