He explained what kind of mortar he would use and that he would match any replaced bricks with others from the same time period. Other companies wanted to repoint only parts of the foundation and their estimates were quite a bit higher. After signing the proposal they were able to schedule the job quite quickly. It took only two days to cut and repoint all of the bricks. They cleaned up the area after it was done. I was very pleased with their work and would hire them again. <br />"

My wife was feeling better, but still in the hospital, and I called her on the phone, while your crew waited for me, as she and I discussed for several minutes the exact placement of the windows. Some minor changes had to be made and your crew could have easily just slapped the two windows in the new location, which was only slightly off of the original plan, and be done with it, but they stopped and pointed out where my wife originally wanted them and the new location difference and wanted to be sure that my wife understood the change, and wanted me to talk to my wife first. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. I don’t think any other company would have gone through this much trouble to please their customers! <br /> You also were very respectful of our property, neighbors, and your crew were always very willing to stop and explain the process of what was going to happen next. Not one time did we ever feel like we were in your way. Actually, it was the opposite, we felt like you and your crew were very excited to show us your equipment and how it worked and actually wanted us around so we could see how it all worked and so we could see for ourselves how everything was perfect - and it was! <br /> We will always remember you and think of you so highly. Thank you for making the beginning our home building so easy and off to such a perfect start. There are so many things that can go wrong when redoing a home, and having it go off with such a perfect start gives us such great hope. "We bought a shed from Sam's Club and paid to have it assembled and installed. We had a bunch of crushed rock left over from our above ground pool and asked the shed company if we could use this as a base for the shed to go on top of. They said yes. When the guy came out to install the shed, he was surprised they said we could use that base, but installed it anyway. The floor of the shed was so uneven and bumpy. I found KM Tottle on Angies list and called them. He came right out and advised us that we needed a wood base to go underneath and that he could raise the shed and install it underneath and that would level out the floor.They came on the date and time planned and the work is excellent. The floor is perfectly level. I would hire them again in a minute. <br />"

"Took him a week to get back to me after my initial call as he had been very busy. Arrived for estimate of cost of the job, agreed on a price and scheduled the work for a few days later. There was a threat of rain that day so he did not show. I called him and he rescheduled for next day. Dave arrived on time and did a very nice job repairing the chimney and cleaning up."

"I wish the letter ratings had plus and minus values because Brent was a <br /> B+ for most of these categories.  He was easy to work with and we felt the pricing was very fair.   Our hesitancy to post A ratings overall is because of two issues: We know that he sometimes left the work until the last minute and therefore had to rush through things which was the reason for the second complaint: There was inconsistent quality in the details.  For instance, when it came time to put the knobs on the cabinets I said that I could do it myself.  He insisted that he, as a professional could do a better job so I let him do it.  The knobs were put on in a rush(by his own admission) and were not leveled or centered very well.  We felt this was such a shame as he had done such a beautiful job putting the cabinets in. <br /> <br /> But overall we were happy with the work.  We live far away in Baltimore and it has been hard to find good contractors who we could work with from a distance.  Brent was flexible and put up with a lot of messaging back and forth. <br /> <br /> We would use him again in fact we have more work lined up for him to do. <br />"
