"Avalon replaced our roof, the soffits and fascia and siding. The workmanship is outstanding and the quality of materials are far superior to any other company we got quotes from. Additionally, of the four quotes we got, ranging from $68,000 to $42,000, theirs was the lowest for the highest quality product we were shown. They were also super fast. We have a traditional two story house, and that is 2200 square feet, and they did the entire roof, including removing the old materials and replacing a lot of rotting boards, in a day and a half. "I had Skyline remove the existing shingles on my house and garage. They replaced both roofs in 1 day, using asphalt shingles. I was very happy with the quality and precision of their work. Not to mention of the 8 estimates i received, nobody was within $1000 for both roof replacements. I spoke with the owner often. I could sense her infectious personality was genuine. The owners father came over the following day to examine the clean up needed on my Vinyl siding. We spoke for about 45 minutes about the company, and life in general. The next day, my salesman showed up at 8am, along with 2 helpers who showed up about 30 minutes later. They went over every inch of my siding on the house and garage and cleaned whatever residue was found. The 2 helpers left, and my salesman Matt hung out for another 30 minutes just sharing life, and about Skyline. I'm glad I did my homework. I made the best decision hiring Skyline. Not only for price and workmanship, but i got to know 3 family members who never were rushed, and spoke with me for as long as i sometimes ramble. There was 1 quote within just $100, but the excellent customer service I received was worth that extra $100. I've heard so many sales pitches over the years, and it's hard to win my trust. "It seems as if it was a ton of work but the team worked pretty tirelessly from 8AM to 7PM at night to get the job done. Overall, the roof looks really good with only a minor complaint about the A/C cover being scratched but John has assured me this will be rectified. All windows and garage doors were covered so as to not incur any damage. The cleanup was awesome. I have yet to find any nails or left over shingles anywhere in the yard."

They installers arrived on time at 8:00 am and were finished by 4:00 in the afternoon. They covered our hardwood floors and carpeting with tarps and also covered our vanity and stool so there wasn’t any damage or dust on anything.
