"Even tho' we engaged another company for the foundation Jay followed the progress all the way thru. This whole ordeal was overwhelming for us home owners but Jay was a major calming factor thru the storm. He came by several times during the actual foundation replacement, I'm sure for his own reasons, but made us aware of the process and how it was going. All the his trades folks were kind, curious, and very professional. When the job was complete it far surpassed our expatiation. We were not pressured to have things we didn't need but he made sure what we needed was done. All in all it was a lot of money but the quality of the work and attention to detail increased the value of our house enough to really make it worth it. We look forward to work with Timeless Builders in the future"

"Rick and his crew were great. They showed up earlier than expected, which I really appreciate. The whole job was on time and under budget. I plan to hire him again with another drywall job."

"I could tell from the minute Stan Petriyenko of Superior Building Concepts came to give me a bid on my primary bathroom remodel that he was an experienced and knowledgeable professional. He measured carefully, listened to what I hoped to do asking pertinent questions. He also brought up ideas I hadn’t thought of. He provided a thorough and detailed bid. After I accepted the bid he did a fantastic job of keeping me informed on the schedule and this continued throughout the project. I was always informed about what would be happening next on the project and the times he or his subcontractors would arrive. At the start of the remodel Stan met me at the plumbing supply and tile / countertop showrooms and gave me helpful tips and recommendations on products. He next set up dust shielding and floor / carpet protection. The work area and path from the entry door were kept organized and clean throughout. All of the subs used were experienced providing excellent workmanship."

"Juan and his partner did a great job repairing and installing drywall for my family room area. After the job was done, there were a few areas that needed minor touch-up. They were quick to response to my request and took good care of it. I was very happy with their work and would recommend Juan."

"I’ve used Clear Water Construction Services for numerous projects at my rental property. They are highly responsive and do quality work."

"Matthew Bruce exceeded our expectations. Our 92-year-old dad fell while using the bathroom and injured himself. We needed an immediate response to make the bathroom safe. Matthew responded to my request very quickly. He asked questions about the situation that showed he had the expertise we needed. He came to the house within a day of agreeing to perform the work and completed the most urgent task that day. He needed other tools to complete the installation of the grab bar drilled into the shower tiles, so he had to return at a later time. He communicated clearly when he could return and completed the task. Additionally, he cleaned up after his work and was pleasant to workMatthew Bruce exceeded our expectations. "My project was finishing out a former shower stall into a future storage space. This entailed mud and tape to the sheetrock to a “ready to paint” status and lay new engineered tile flooring over the subfloor. Prior to hiring Torin, he was shown the space and what was needed in order to provide an estimate. The estimate met my needs and budget. He was always a couple minutes early, was genuinely friendly and professional. Each day he started by insuring his work area protected non-workareas from spills or other damage. His work was top-notch, and since the work took several days he made sure he always left with his areas cleaner than before. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. We are already in discussion about finishing this new space into a shelved storage area for the bathroom."

"My mother had a partcial ceiling replacement due to past water damage that started from a skylight. There was some black mold setting in including a couple other suspicion areas. I give Chuy two thumbs up! My mother said he was always in good spirts, communicated well with her, always on time and left the area he was working in cleaner than it was before he started. We also appreciate the fair and reasonable cost for the two days of repairs and paint work. Thanks Chuy!"
