"Safe Streets charged me for work they didn?t perform. When I asked for my money back they refused. The first line customer support rep said their manager told them not to give me a refund. The manager was not even willing to speak with me. This company cheats its customers and its management hides behind its customer support staff."

"Wanted to share what happened when we purchased our home security system via ADT. Made a simple direct phone call into their call center of professional representatives. Didnot have to wait on hold and had a really clear connection. Next we were immediately connected to representative named Chelsea. She gave us a very informative verbal presentation on ADT and the various packages. She wasnot pushy or impatient at all. We had some questions pre-written to help us remember everything. Christina got us signed up and scheduled for setup. We were so surprised to find out that they had open slots as early as the following day. So we took it!! At 11AM the very next morning a technician named Todd arrived and got us squared away in under two hours. No glitches at all with the equipment and nothing negative to report. "
