"We hired Jose last summer (2025) to remove some flag stones in the back yard and move them to the front walkway as well as put in a 16x14' concrete slab in the back yard. We interviewed 4 other contractors but he was the only one that gave us ideas on how to make it better than I could have imagined! What originally started as a single concrete slab in the back yard turned into a show piece walkway in the front yard and a back yard patio that was nice enough to add a gazebo! You would think that with all the extra add ons it would have been way over budget but it ended up costing much less than all the other quotes! We are looking at having Jose put in a new 28'x28' slab in the other side of the yard for a possible basketball hoop or, gosh, anything. I really recommend this company. In our case we had to keep a vehicle in our driveway per HOA rules. Our other two were parked down the street in legal parking per the HOA maximal allowance stipulation Although there was plenty of room a 15 foot width access into the garage they stubbornly refused to do the job, cancelled our appointment, then made a false claim that we cancelled the appointment, the in fact they CANCELLED IT. Their policy states that customers cannot cancel appoints at the last minute or surrender their deposit. What a manipulative system Complete Coating uses! Moreover, It took 10 days for owner Mike Courselle to get back to us when we inquired when they would return. Nothing but crickets. In turn, we subsequently cancelled the charge and WILL NOT move forward with this company. The owners are very passive aggressiv"
