"I am really glad I hired this company. I received estimates from three companies, and Specialty Heating and Cooling's bid was in the middle. But after researching all of the offers carefully, I decided on Specialty Heating and Cooling because of their reputation, their record of standing behind their work if a problem occurred after installation, the type of technicians they employ to do the work, and what was covered in the contract I signed. The initial meeting was with Randy, and he was an immediate positive representative for the company. He was patient in answering my 100 questions, and he was very honest about the repair/replacement I needed to do now, as opposed to what could wait.
