"David Stiffler replaced a thermostat for my heated floor in the master bathroom. Because the old stat was discontinued, he had to research and find an alternative. David found a well priced substitute that worked, but not as efficiently as the original. When I told David Iâ d found a different model to try, he was more than willing to come back and replace the other one. After he installed the second stat, he returned the first and refunded the cost. Aside from doing a professional job, David is just a very pleasant person to be around. "Furnace stopped Saturday night. Called No-Frost Sunday and they came out and diagnosed the problem quickly (heater core failed after 25+ years). We got another bid (off Angie's List) on Monday. After comparing, we ordered the new Carrier system Tuesday and had it installed on Thursday. They removed all traces of the old system and installed the new system as promised. They were professional, courteous and prompt."

"Needed a furnace service before the heating season began towards the end of last year. Everyone was very helpful, we found out that my furnace wasn't working and the service tech got the parts ordered. It actually turned out that it was cheaper than originally quoted. Overall, great experience with the 3 or 4 of their techs I have seen over the last year or so."

"This review should probably be three separate reviews, but I think it shows my trust in Vernon using him multiple times. He came out to give me a quote on a new gas water heater and relocating it about 8 feet over in the basement. The price was reasonable and he provided me the water heater information so I could see it's reviews beforehand. While installing my water heater, my tenant called and said the AC was not working. So, after completing the install and his other stops that day, Vernon went over later that day to take a look. The repair required a new part, so a few days later he repaired the AC and I had him replace a leaking pressure valve while he was there. About a month later, a house I renovated needed some repair work on a leaky drain before settlement (he was not the initial installer). Vernon went into that crawlspace and repaired the pipe and provided the appropriate documentation so we could get to settlement in time. I had Hamilton Plumbing and HVAC do work at my home, my rental, and then my house flip. I plan to have Vernon come back to run a gas line when I install a gas fireplace and again when I do my basement bathroom."

"Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. They tracked down the problems to parts of the old system that they had not touched. System is now performing well. Would highly recommend to anyone."
