I was not at home but James let me know that a person could come out that same day! Upon my return I left another message saying that sending a person would be fine.</p> <p>Paul, the service tech, came in the early afternoon and determined the fixture had to be replaced. He was willing to go to the local hardware store and purchase a replacement product and install it.<br /> <br /></p> <p>He was very professional and did not waste time but he also had a good sense of humor. </p> <p>I think he said everything took an hour and a half and for the work and the purchase of the fixture the price was $245. I don't have a receipt (it will be sent in the mail) as the work was done today so I can't be exactly sure if I got the time right. And I am unfamiliar with the general price structure for electrical work.</p> <p>But for any further electrical problems I plan on calling Electech first.</p> <br />"

"Since we have an 18' ceiling and some of the work was retrofitting a can light, Shawn, the owner, actually came out to do the work himself. He was extremely careful not to disturb sheetrock on the ceiling which would have necessitated having repairs. He did an amazing job. He and his assistant John were very conscious of covering carpeting and wood floors and did a fabulous job. Based on our experience, we would recommend ABC Electric to anyone!"
