Poolside Jan's Kauai offer's Island Wide Pool, Swim Spa and Hot Tub Maintenance, Service, Repair and Sales.\n\nWe are Multi-State Licensed, Commercially Insured and carry our CCB.\n\nThat said, we provide both Residential and Commercial Services, Maintenance, Repair and Warranty Repair (on most bands, not just the big two), along with direct sales options from our mainland store and warehouses where we OWN all our inventory, so it ships direct and fast.\n\nOur Oregon based team (Poolside Jan's Flagship at www.poolsidejans.com) is ready to assist us all in getting our parts, chemicals, treatments, new swim spas, new hot tubs, new accessories, new BBQ grills and more into safe and efficient shipping methods so we cut down on delays and dreaded wait time!\n\nAlthough we don't have a retail location YET on Kauai, we CAN provide Factory and Custom Built Orders for Swim Spas, Hot Tubs and Above Ground Lap-Pools as we are also manufacturer direct for Marquis and Nordic.\n\nWe also want you to know we do Warranty Repair for nearly all brands of Hot Tubs, Swim Spas and Swimming Pool Hardware. This means, as an example:\nYou purchased a hot tub on sale at a major global bulk purchasing food and items store. They dropped it off in your yard, and you and some buddies ended up having to install it. Everything seemed fine until it stopped working. You called the store, you called the warranty provider in the paperwork and "tada", you're told there isn't a service provider in your area and we'll work on it for you.
