"Heinz provided us with a detailed, scaled, drawing of his plan for the project. After listening to our ideas he redrew the bench; we agreed on the style and he built what we wanted. "

"Although the job was very small, it was done swiftly, professionally, and with excellent quality. The owner (Joe Pado), the office staff (Lisa), and the fabricator (Antonio) were courteous and responsive. From the time I first contacted them to see if they would take the job to it's completion was less than 2 weeks. In a world where not many vendors are impressive, this one IS! You will not be sorry to work with this company!"

"<strong>Appointment: </strong>on schedule <br /> <strong>Estimation:</strong> The costs were itemized, the additional counter space and upgrades over the "standard coupon package" were detailed. <br /> <strong>Wait time:</strong> 1 week (between estimation, and installation date) <br /> <strong>Installation:</strong> on schedule, and uneventful. The crew clean up work area. <br /> <strong>Quality: </strong> Made an best effort to match the stone patterns between cuts. I would rather to see the "split/splice" to be away from the sink cut-out , but I am no expert. I would like to think stone-cutter made the most logical trade-off <br /> <strong>Costs</strong> (my installation only): with the coupon offer, it is very reasonable, but with the added counter space (66% more the base footage) resulted in nearly double the coupon offer. <br /> <br />"

"They were excellent. We didn't pay them directly, we paid the company that cut it. The countertops were cut by a different company. We picked out the granite from superior, they were very helpful, and nice. It is a warehouse. The staff was very helpful, and patient with us. I thought they were very reasonable. The staff was very professional. I would use them again, and I have recommended them to my friends."

"My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally. My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood. We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted. <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough. I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct. Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order. We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way. She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order. Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful. After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down. They did an excellent job and we really love our floor. There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct. We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

"My husband and I were redoing the downstairs of our home as well as the bathroom. I asked Melvin for a bid and how much tile was needed. He and Lisa took the job, leveled the floor where it needed and did a beautiful job. We had a compass rose put in by our front door which they cut each piece out and placed accordingly. Melvin also tiled the bathroom shower and sink and did a superb job. We wanted to add some fish to the shower for our kids, so we picked a few photos out of some tropical fish and Lisa drew some up then proceeded to cut them out and they placed them on the shower wall. I also had a shower that was remodeled by a different company back in 2012. Lots of mold has grown since then, so we had Melvin rip the floor of the shower out, fix the areas that needed to be leveled for proper drainage and lay new tile. I have no complaints about that project or any other he has done. He is the best around and you can’t go wrong with hiring him!"

"I could not have been in better hands. They worked quickly, on time and helped to restore the condo on a tight budget. I highly recommend this company. They are great to work with and do a quality job. A year later I have them back to resurface a deck. The work has held up. <br />"
