Scheduling was done via email and was super easy. The company went out of their way to accommodate us and Lynn was very nice re. the scheduling, etc. The cleaner, Tracy, was more than we could have hoped for! She accomplished more in two hours than the entire 3 person team from J & M did in FOUR hours! Tracy was friendly and professional. Her work ethic was enviable. She was willing to forego part of her break in order to clean my kitchen floor, because it exceeded the 2 hour time we had booked. I did not allow her to do this but she was more than willing. I couldn't be happier with Tracy and with this cleaning service. I wish we had contacted them first! I will recommend them to family and friends for sure. They sent out contractors on their list. They don?t do the actual work. What they would do is schedule the contractor and then the contractor would not show up and then they would say we thought we called you to tell you they had rescheduled or something like that. The contractors sent the quotes to Top Notch and then Top Notch gave us the quotes. There were a lot of different things to be done. One company they sent out added something to the quote that was not to have been in there. They did not provide the insurance company with the proper paperwork that was necessary
