"Ocean Break Remodel started our renovations in the Fall of 2020. Peter and his crew tore down our existing front porch and steps and replaced it with a new construction with trex decking and vinyl railings and posts. Their work was outstanding. Later that Fall they removed our hot tub in our master bathroom and replaced it with a beautiful fully tiled walk in shower. It came out wonderful. They also put down waterproof vinyl flooring in both of our bathrooms. They installed backsplash on the two long walls of our kitchen. Each task - OUTSTANDING work. This past two weeks (June 2021), they painted our utility room, kitchen ad dining room, put new waterproof vinyl flooring in the kitchen and utility room. This past two weeks they also built us a new deck (20' x 25') of gray trex decking with white vinyl railings and posts. Our new deck is fantastic. We are more, more than totally satisfied with Peter of Ocean Break Construction/Remodel. I can not express enough for Peter and his crew. They are a pleasure to work with, they are very punctual, clean and hard working."

"We originally contacted several painters, and got several estimates.  LOPCO's was among the lowest, and we were impressed with the references and the portfolio book and his attitude.  Once we decided upon using them, we were put in contact with a color coordinator/designer, who walked us through some ideas and was very helpful about helping us decide on a color scheme (which, a year or so later, we still very much like).  He also made available some contractors that he uses to repair all of the trim and soffetts that had rotted.  This work was done very quickly.  Once the colors were decided, they went out, and purchased the paint.  Before the painting began, since we have aluminum siding, particular care was taken in prepping and cleaning the siding.  Once the house was dry, and the weather good, the house was painted.   <br /> At every turn, the workers showed up when he said they would, and were finished when they estimated they would be finished.  All communication was very prompt and positive, and the results make it look like a different house (a much nicer house).  I would and actually have recommended them to local family members. <br />"

"After some frustration with our previous plumber of 15 years I called Malone emergently due to a leak in the kitchen ceiling that several other contractors had not been able to solve. The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and enthusiastic and extremely upfront with me on exactly how billing would work. He dispatched a plumber who was there 45 minutes after my original call! The plumber, John, was exactly the sort of experienced, seasoned expert I was seeking. He correctly identified the source of the leak, repaired the problem, meticulously explaining the problem and giving me opportunities to clean where appropriate once he removed the toilet. The pricing was exactly as advertised and he even went out of his way to make sure I used an Angie's list coupon when I forgot. Additionally he referred me to a mitigation team which was exactly what I needed to do the next steps in the repair who so far have also proven to be stellar. To sum up, I got exactly the service I needed, on extremely short notice, with an extremely experienced professional. Pricing was transparent and fair. I now feel I finally have a plumbing team I can count on in emergencies."

"I am a difficult homeowner. This general contractor performed all facets of a significant whole house rehabilitation with his own workers and various subcontractors. The quality of most of the work was A grade. In the rare instances where the work was not up to par (painting) it was redone until it was acceptable. Much of the job included considerable simple cottage woodwork installations, ie: board & batten paneling & ply bead board/trim. Labor only. All work came with a one year warranty."
