"Flavio is one of the best carpenters ive met in over 30 years....He has done multiple projects for me and i have many going on...from crown molding on kitchen cabs to adding new windows, to new decks, repairing window sils and even siding a cinderblock building with vinyl siding.... I have built 2 homes and refurbished one home and have worked with numerous contractors...and i can tell you first hand that Flavio is one of the Best..He gives creative advice..hes very reliable...he works as if it his own project...and never skips or takes any shortcuts...cuz i literally stand thete the whole time... It's just Amazing to watch him work for i am always so nervous but as soon as he moves you can see he has his #*@% together....and you feel confident and overjoyed that this man is the real deal and your job is getting done right!.....You can see immediately that he has the knowledge and experience...and can fix Anything! He is also neat as a pin....I mean i could write a book about him....He doesnt smoke.anything...swear. yell or scream...he is very respectful and very honest...and You can trust him in every possible way....He shows up on time and stays positive and works like a real man....Never complains ..easy to talk to and the very best thing i love is that he is very very reasonable....and he will beat anyones quote...I feel so blessed to have.met him in the parking lot of Home Depot...He is very special and hope he stays in this business for many years cuz i couldnt even think of calling another. "Ocean Break Remodel started our renovations in the Fall of 2020. Peter and his crew tore down our existing front porch and steps and replaced it with a new construction with trex decking and vinyl railings and posts. Their work was outstanding. Later that Fall they removed our hot tub in our master bathroom and replaced it with a beautiful fully tiled walk in shower. It came out wonderful. They also put down waterproof vinyl flooring in both of our bathrooms. They installed backsplash on the two long walls of our kitchen. Each task - OUTSTANDING work. This past two weeks (June 2021), they painted our utility room, kitchen ad dining room, put new waterproof vinyl flooring in the kitchen and utility room. This past two weeks they also built us a new deck (20' x 25') of gray trex decking with white vinyl railings and posts. Our new deck is fantastic. We are more, more than totally satisfied with Peter of Ocean Break Construction/Remodel. I can not express enough for Peter and his crew. They are a pleasure to work with, they are very punctual, clean and hard working."

"Downspout from roof over 2nd story roof and connecting gutter came lose in storm and fell off house. Did not call company who installed gutters, as we were not happy with their work. Called Richard of R&R Roofing to see if he could help. Found out that they repair/replace gutters, siding and windows in addition to roof work. [We had R&R replace our roof last year and were 100% satisfied with their work. See Ja. 2019 review.] One of his workers was at our house the next morning to make the repair. R&R Roofing will be our FIRST and ONLY call for all our house repairs and/or replacements from now on. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. Prompt, efficient and professional. "Dennis and his team showed up on time and finished the project within the discussed time frame. We installed vinyl siding, wrapped all exposed wood in aluminum, and replaced the soffits on the house. It looks beautiful! They also pointed out any other exterior issues we had and fixed them during the job. Dennis did a great job of communicating and giving us cost saving recommendations for products and services. "Prior to the replacement we developed a leak in the roof. One of the owners came out, prior to us signing the papers, and put on a temp patch and did not charge us for it. When they came out to give us an estimate, they were the only company we got an estimate from that actually got on top of the roof to look around. They were able to give a more complete estimate because they were able to tell us that plywood would need to be replaced as well. On the day the roof was to be done the crew was here on time, first thing in the morning. One owner was on site the whole time till work was completed. Crew cleaned up all debris after the job was complete. Job was completed in one day and price was within estimate. Company also provides $100 for any referrals for which we did receive a check for. Overall this is an outstanding company and I was very pleased with the work. They also handle vinyl siding and will be using them when we are ready. Great work."
