"We hired him to repair our fence gate, including replacing the gate doors, chain-link fencing, and a post to level and align the gate properly. He also took the extra step of gluing all the fence post caps in place without being asked. He did an excellent job, and we're very pleased with the results. His pricing was very reasonable, and his communication throughout the project was outstanding. He kept us informed, was easy to work with, and delivered quality workmanship at a fair price. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing fence repairs or installation. A great experience from start to finish!"

"Fence came out better than expected the craftsmanship was top notch. The job foreman made a couple recommendations to modify the fence and it made it all the better. Thanks again!"

"Tom and his crew did an amazing job installing our fence! We got vinyl and black chain link fencing and they blend together flawlessly. The amount of time and effort they put into making sure the fence is installed correctly and securely is unmatched! Tom and his crew were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helped explain the entire process to a fairly newer homeowner to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We couldnâ t be happier with how everything came out and we look forward to being able to have a space for our dogs and child to run around for years to come. Highly recommend hiring Tom and his crew if you want the highest quality and best product for you next fence install or repairs, they will definitely not disappoint!"

"Family fence did a fantastic job!!! They were fast and friendly!! I would absolutely recommend them!"

"Upon calling Jay for an estimate  - he came out promptly to look at the job in hand.  He supplied a detailed estimate within a couple of days and we agreed upon this.  His crew began working within a couple of weeks of original suggested date due to bad weather they could not start earlier.  Once here, they were very hardworking, thorough and professional.  All of his crew were excellent painters and took their time to make it look really nice.  They cleaned up each day after they left and were respectful of the property.
I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors.  I will be using this company in the future to update our bathroom and replace handrails in the hallway.
Bethany, Jay's wife deals with the administration/financial side and is a delightful lady.
This is a great company that believe in good workmanship."

"Excellent, the installer was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained what was needed to make the repair. The repairs was made and I am very satisfied with the work. I will definitely use them again."

"I have worked with Roland for several years. He is a homeowner's or renter's touchstone when it comes to trustworthiness and integrity. Sadly, he can't do it all, so I have to turn to contractors I don't know and then, (yes even those with high paid ratings on Angie's List) I get lousy results and outrageous prices. So, sometimes, when I'm feeling defeated, I just come to Angie to look at the New England House Doctor's reviews to remember that there are good and decent people out there. So, thanks, Roland! And, Roland - remember - you need to remove the mattress and boxspring and paint the porch (already paid you!)"

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! OMG! Everyone should use these guys!!!!! Also, I got the bullbag back! I never have to buy another one and its ready to use whenever I feel like doing a clean out or renovation."

"Extremely well. They worked professionally and hard in a difficult situation. A large limb fell on my roof and they went out of their way to remove it. After Hurricane henri the whole neighborhood had trees down and they were able to respond quickly & efficiently."
