I was called 30 minutes prior to let me know they were on the way. "They owners/managers were very professional and prompt. They showed up on time to give me the quote and when I went into the showroom, they assisted me in picking out exactly the type of carpet that would fit my needs and price range. They were very nice and I didn't feel like I was "getting sold" on any particular type of carpet (which was the impression I got from some of the other carpet places I visited). We had a slight problem with the actual installers, however. They were late to the job and didn't bring a vacuum (theirs was broken), so when our furniture came the next day we still had little carpet balls everywhere. Our carpet has also pulled up in one corner, although to be fair, that might be the work of one of our cats... We would use this company again because it wasn't a big deal that they were late and their price was so good. The lack of vacuuming bothered me, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that it was an isolated occurrence (they were apologetic about it)."

"After 32 years, we finally decided that it was time to do some home upgrades including the flooring. We chose CoreTec vinyl planks for our kitchen, dining room, great room and halls (900 sq ft total). We also chose Floors Unlimited to purchase the material and to do the installation. Floors Unlimited is a family owned business that has served the Great Bridge area for many years and we felt that they would provide better service and support than a big box supplier. Terry did an outstanding job in explaining the products and making changes for us in our order. The installation team of John, Jamie, and Stockton did a great job. They were prompt, professional and took great care in the installation process and moving our furniture. I would highly recommend Floors Unlimited. They are knowledgeable, professional and caring."

"Final fit of the flooring was sloppy resulting in shoe molding not completely covering the installed flooring. The vinyl planks in many instances were cut too short which left excessive gap at the baseboard that couldn't be covered up by the shoe molding. The padding underneath the flooring in some instances was visible after installation of shoe molding. I expected better of Cherry Carpet!"
