"It was a excellant service call. I highly recommend D& M Appliance Repair. I was concerned that my washing machine was broken,  because it seemed too loud to me during the spin cycle. Danny came and opened the top and bottom of machine and inspected everything that could be broken. When he opened up the machine. he taught me where most of the problem areas are if something was broken. I actually felt relief when he showed me and it looked fine. I do respect he was honest with me and didn't recommend replacing some unnecessary parts just to sell something. It was during the evening and he was very patient and didn't seem like in a rush to leave. I took a business card and will definitely use then for my other appliance needs. I definitely recommend them. "

I had an existing water supply and he connected that for me also. He was very professional, informed me of the cost that I agreed to pay. This was a great customer service experience. "Manny was both punctual, professional and knowledgeable in his assessment of my Rental Property kitchen and Laundry Appliances. I trusted his diagnostics with regards to the newly installed kitchen oven and missing ice-maker bin for the automatic ice maker bin. He ordered the parts and returned to replace parts as needed in an efficient, prompt and professional manner. I specially appreciate his professionalism as he noted that factory had not sent the correct ice-maker replacement bin for my freezer equipment and immediately re-ordered it.
