After paying over $6000 to have the floors in my newly purchased dream home refinished, I came home to find footprints in the stain, chatter marks, pooled staining along our baseboards, and splotchy stain throughout. We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away.
