They chipped out the 4-story facade and applied wire-mash. First coat of cement was for curing and the second coat was  the finishing coat. The finishing coat was very finely re-finished. The back-wall was waterproofed with thoro-coat.  My roof was leaking as well at multiple places, bubbles had been formed with water seeping in, leaving into my kitchen. The weather was very rainy and stormy at that time and thanks to High Tech they repaired my roof by placing a new layer roof on top of the existing roof and stopped the leak. High Tech remains as one of the top recommended company in our community board."

"I was searching Home Warranty providers after a bad experience with my 7 year, soon to be terminated "former" Fidelity Home Warranty service provider. Warranty service providers are essential, for they step in and "act" when life deals you an "Oh Crap" situation like your refrigerator suddenly quits. Every high dollar appliance in a home has a life span that will end whether your prepared for it or not. It's a common occurance that leads to unexpected higher debt concerns while you frantically attempt to save your food from going bad. Got a minimum of $1,700 to get a new one? A truck or a really good friend to borrow theirs to pick it up? Plus time to allow it to achieve proper temperature to transfer your temp sensitive food! Well if you haven't experienced this type of event, in your life, you will! I began by doing some easy research online like searching for best Home Warranty providers. I put some inquiries out to prospective providers and as expected, the sales calls began to ring on my phone. They all have why "they" are the best provider - so take notes and compare policies. Ask whether they cover swimming pools, septic systems, roof repairs etc. So my phone rings with an out-of-state area code and it's Zach from Choice Home Warranty. While on the call, this enthusiastic salesman hit all the "trigger" items I was looking for; *Annual Service Price *Price per claim deductable *Response time You know, all the "need to know" info that helps you make an informative decision. I started paying $550/year 7 years ago in 2014 with my old service provider. The per claim fee was $65. Today in 2022, it's $710/year and $85/claim. Was it worth it you ask? If I figure the math, my total cost over 7 years and only 4 claims was $4,450 or $636/year. This cost paid to replace my pools salt cell and chlorine generator ($1,800 in parts alone), 2 separate Air Conditioner repairs which replaced the coil fan motor, a circuit board replacement, system coil cleansing, relays and a capacitor. (No idea of how much my total cost would have been. I paid $65 twice. Nice huh?) 1 roof repair that replaced the "Cricket", which is a 15' roof section elevational change just below the ridge line. It's important to remember that these repairs don't include "hidden costs" which are personnel and service labor rates. Something you will pay for without a Warranty Service. Here's the best part of the call from this AWESOME salesman. He offered me 6 year "fully transferable", rate locked for life" service policy that when divided out by 6 is LESS THAN WHAT I WAS PAYING ANNUALLY, 7 YEARS AGO!!! So, is a Home Warranty plan a safe bet??? I have a 9 word answer for those without a Choice Home Warranty service plan. YOU BET YOUR DRIPPING SWEATY BUTT CRACK IT IS!!! Props to Zach, YOU DA MAN!!! "Maria was great, I had to make this review, even though I am not a computer person, but she deserves he recognition. Maria showed up here, very short women, but a power house, she gave me a price and the work began within 3 days. I couldn't believe my eyes, she is a total power house, she climbed up a 40 foot ladder like she was fearless, and when I seen her grab it, I offered my help, and all he crew members said, oh don't worry she is stronger than all of us, I laughed,
Anyway, my house was so perfectly painted and changed so much, invited guest were passing my house, because they did no recognize it. Her crew was very respectful of her, and hey all shared laughs, and accomplished allot. They were always professional, and the work, and work ethic, was flawless. he crew always dressed in Company shirts, and what I liked the most, their construction did not affect me a all, their ladders and supplies were always out of the way and did no block sidewalks, and at the end of the day, all stuff was cleaned up, and her equipment, locked behind my garage, not in it. Maria became friends with me and my wife, and we told her we would be upset if she did not stop and visit in the future, we loved her passion for her work, and personality is respectful, sweet, but fierce

"Chris was very motivated and started the job promptly. His work ethic was great, staying late a couple of days late to complete job on time as agreed. He reviewed any issue found and was flexible when extra work was needed. The quality of the work was great in making the breezeway siding look the same as the garage, so with the paint job the house/garage improvement was dramatic. His pricing was reasonably and his clean-up appreciated. We would definitely recommend Chris to others and would engage him for work ourselves."
