He made very good suggestions on how to design the layout of the pavers and the brick edging. He also recommended a different layout in the midst of the project when we realized I had not ordered enough pavers. Keagan was always available to answer our questions and to address our concerns. He always returned my calls and texts and was very patient with us. We had no experience installing a patio and Keagan helped us address our questions and concerns. The final patio looks great and the workmanship was outstanding. He went to great lengths to make all of the pavers line up and align well. "As usual, Alan showed up as scheduled and did a thorough walk-around to detail the work that needed to be done. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."
