They did not have the color in stock but when speaking with Cindy, she said she will order two slabs and have them delivered to their site in Newburgh NY. There was no obloigation on my part to purchase the slabs or have the work done by them. My wife and I met with John on Saturday morning at his site and reviewed the slabs, it was the color my wife was looking for so John wrote our names on the slabs so they wouldn't sold to anyone else. I made an appointment for John to come out and take the final measurements. He provided me a contract detailing everything we spoke about and required 50% down payment. <br /> About 2 weeks later John's crew came out to the house to install the counter tops. It was Mike, and John's son. The owner John came a few hours later to help out and I am glad he did. He is the one with the experience and the hands on tricks. They had to do some shimming to ensure everything was level. <br /> I have to say John, Cindy and his team were a pleasure to do business with. They are nice people, don't cut corners and are up front about everything. We are very pleased with the quality of the work they performed. <br />"
