"Punctual, Courteous, Fast, Very Clean and Follow-up call from Owner!!! We live in a fairly remote area and finding qualified contractors is difficult. Finding contractors that do a good job is nearly impossible... The Job: we have a pet that urinated along a wall. After many attempts to clean the carpet, we realized that the urine made it's way to the tack strip and below the padding. The Owner: I put my job profile into Angie's list and within an hour, Scott - the owner, called me back. I was impressed from the first call. Instead of sending someone to look at the job and then schedule a follow up visit (which normally takes weeks), he listened carefully and scheduled a person to repair my carpet in 2 days!!! The Expert: Alex, the carpet repairman, called me on time. I was going wash the tack board and padding with bleach, but Alex had a better idea. For just a few dollars, we would replace the padding and tack board and that way, the smell couldn't return. Brilliant. I like it when contractors use their expertise to come up with a better idea than me. The Work: Alex expertly cut in a new piece of carpet (we had some left over), replaced the padding and tack board. My daughter, wife and I all inspected the area on our hands and knees and couldn't find the seem. Stunning result. The Clean Up: Alex left the area so clean, that my wife spent an hour vacuuming the rest of the upstairs to match Alex's work. Really, when was the last time a contractor left the site in BETTER shape than when he got there!!! The Price: exactly what I was quoted The Follow-up: even after telling Alex everything was perfect, we still received a follow-up call from the owner asking how everything went. Truly professional. I would recommend this team to anyone."

His high energy, flooring knowledge and a communication was a welcome breath of fresh air. We decided on an English walnut stain and a Bona polyurethane in a Semi Gloss finish. The workers showed up on time, treated my house with respect, left it cleaner than they found it and when it was all finished Greg came by, walked thru the entire project and wanted to make sure I was completed satisfied before he took final payment. I will be letting everyone know that Greg and his team at Premier Flooring are top notch!"
