Jared worked with us to come up with the design, and the team were all great to work with. They continuously kept us informed of what they were doing, and if something needed adjusting after it was done, they were very quick to make any requested changes. The job included removing a window, and re-sizing two others; replacing siding on the exterior and matching our existing paint; re-sizing the living room archway; replacing kitchen and bath flooring with tile; removing a bathtub, re-arranging the bathroom and adding a large shower; moving a tankless water heater from outside to inside; re-routing gas and water for the washer and dryer; installing new appliances; installing cabinets and quartz countertops. I highly recommend this company and will be hiring them again for future projects."

"Premium home Builders was the contractor we went with to remodel our kitchen. We contacted 5 general contractors and got bids before deciding on going with Tony from Premium Home Builders. The project included demoing the existing countertops and cabinets in the kitchen, extending the existing hardwood flooring from the living room through the dining room and into the kitchen, relocating the water and drain lines for sink, adding a LPG line for the new cooktop, relocating electrical outlets, framing and drywall of soffit to extend an existing one, then the new cabinets were installed, countertops after that and all of the appliances installed. It was a total transformation as you can see in the before and after pictures. We are very happy with how this remodel turned out and all of the little extras Tony and his crew did to make us happy. Tony’s bid was one of five we got for the project, and his bid was the lowest. We were skeptical about going with the lowest bid but we did since Tony wasn’t using box store cabinets, but rather custom built cabinets (with all of the bells and whistles that are options for box store cabinets) for the unusual shape of our kitchen. Tony and team also came up with other ideas and suggestions that we really liked that the others bids didn’t have in them. Our house is a true octagon house. The kitchen is located in one of the 8 wedge shapes of the octagon and has a rectangular atrium on the outside wall. So it is a usual shape. Thank you Tony and the team from Premium Home Builders. We really love the finished project."

The project manager did help me with saving on a project we were going to do, but hadn't decided on yet. Thanks to a tariff, we were able to get it done for a much more affordable price. "We are more than satisfied with the work and customer service provided by United Home Services. We are preparing our house for sale, and face tight deadlines. We scheduled inspection and cleaning and stated that we suspected that masonry work was needed. Gustav took pictures with his cell phone and showed them to us, showing multiple cracks of the chimney bricks from roof level up. He showed us a photo of the stage 3 creosote and stages 1 and 2 normal soot buildup within the liner and explained that treatment with a chemical to turn the hardened creosote to removable soot was needed. Otherwise, they would brush the woodstove pipe and leave flammable residue still in place. He sent photos of repairs needed to his manager, and explained our tight deadlines. Although fully booked, they brought in extra workers and shifted jobs around to accommodate our dates. All workers were focused and hard working, polite, tidy and respectful of covid guidelines. The manager had already gone above and beyond our expectations in getting the repair done prior to our putting the house on the market, but agreed to add cleaning a second chimney/woodstove insert at the last minute. We had given the alternative of completing the job prior to closing, but were very grateful to have this major issue taken care of before marketing the house. The price of the repair, cleanings and new spark arresting chimney caps was reasonable, based on one prior estimate from a company that was much less clear in explaining what needed to be done. Paperwork was clear, showing proof of repair and cleaning done. I would rate them 10 stars if I could. Many thanks to the whole team!"

"Maks will be the only person I will reach out to for any of my home improvement needs. I recruited Maks from Yelp when we saw the ceiling in our tri-level pop out. The bath room remodel we had done hardly couple of years ago was done poorly and was leaking. Maks accommodated our schedule and was transparent on assessing the amount of work based on what was known and the plan to address unknown work which will become evident after demolition. He worked closely when it came to plan and materials to ensure that everything was done per out satisfaction. We hit a snafu with our customer shower door but Maks was able to work closely with us and the door manufacturer to ensure that every came together in the right manner. Maks takes a LOT of pride in completing things the right manner that addresses what the customer needs balancing what is practically possible given the time, material and resource constraints. "This was a wonderful remodeling experience. I needed to have my bathtub converted in to a shower enclosure ASAP, and didn't think I would be able to find someone who can get the job done quickly and be decently priced. JMC did a walk through and explained what he had to do, and he got to work. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, no surprises. My bathroom was done in a day and a half. The work was amazing, it looked like a brand new bathroom! I'm very pleased and would recommend his services."
