However, upon inspection by multiple roofers we were told it was done improperly and needed to be replaced. "Chris is a pleasure to work with. He showed up quickly after my call and was up on our roof looking for causes of several leaks we had. His assessment was thorough and he took the time to explain in detail our roof situation including issues with the structure underneath the shingles. He was willing to simply fix our leaks but also offered his opinion of the entire roof and other problem areas. His quote was prompt, had great detail on scope of work and was very competitive. "I had an extremely positive experience from start to finish with Carmine and his roofing company. He was very responsive, arrived on time, immediately assessed the issue and provided me with an accurate and reasonable price for the work done, and scheduled a follow up time to fix it. He arrived with an assistant at the later specified time a few days later and patched up my very leaky old roof on my 100+ year old house with minimal impact to my family's daily routine. "Two guys showed up on time and got to work immediately inspecting and vacuuming and snaking the fireplace and chimney flue. They operated form the roof and inspected the entire chimney from top to bottom. Both men answered my lay questions kindly and with plenty of detail about minor and major issues they found and the forecasted schedule of when I should address them. They did NOT do the classic inspect-and-force-you-into-buying-a-new-liner routine and that was much appreciated.  They took their time and did not rush the service or question/answers. They earned credibility and next year or so when I replace the liner, I will call upon them for sure. I recommend this company.
