"Highly recommend this company for hard wood flooring refinish. They responded to my inquiry quickly, came to my house right away, and gave me a reasonable quote. The job was scheduled about 2 weeks after the quote and completed quickly and on time. My home was left clean and the workers were very respectful. The floors came out magnificent! I have a 95lb dog who runs around on my floors all day and so far no scratches (service was performed 12/2018). My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to review them sooner. Sal is the best!"

"These guys are AMAZING. I called 8 floor refinishing places in Westchester -- not only did they come in the cheapest, but when I told them I wanted a light, bleached look, they immediately knew what I was talking about. Many well-established places actually didn't, much to my surprise. Other places offered to bleach my yellow oak, which is very toxic, forbidden in many apartment buildings, and not necessary if you know what products to use. I sent pics of what I wanted; the guys came in & made 2 swatches on my floor. It was easy to pick the swatch, and my new floors look amazing. My kitchen is a different wood -- red oak -- and the guys treated it differently to make the 2 look more similar in the end. Thiago, the owner, is super kind & available to respond to questions. Office staff is polite, punctual and very helpful. Overall, I recommend them enthusiastically."

"Ishmael and his team are excellent. My wife and I have nothing but positive things to say. From the start, Ishmael was clear and communicative, and made great suggestions for how we could achieve the best possible outcome. He came out to give us a quote on a Saturday and by that evening, we had the quote in hand. The job started on Tuesday. He stuck to his word across everything, and we are in love with our new (and newly refinished) floors. He was creative in his approach to some challenging situations with the floors, and went out of his way to add extra little finishes to ensure we loved the final result. The crew broke an outlet during the process (totally understandable, given the huge planks of wood coming up) and Ishmael even came to the house last night at 9pm to replace it. "Thiago and his team helped us think through the options for fixing a hole in the floor from our removing an electrical socket. He dissuaded us from our initial plan to install a wooden floor medallion because it would not likely be flush with the floor unless we refinished the entire room. He suggested replacing just a few of the floor boards and quoted a very reasonable price. He sent a professional floor installer who worked very efficiently while protecting our furniture and paintings from dust. We are very happy with the results."
