"Once the roofing crew actually arrived to do the roof the work was professional and went quick. My problem was in getting them there. My job kept getting pushed back and I was not always made aware of the changes. It was hard to get through to them by call or by text. Had to request a receipt and a contract showing the work to be done and the warranty on the work multiple times. In my opinion the work is good but the customer service needs a little help."
