"My home is a very contemporary with asphalt shingle roof & cedar siding, however, the builder/architect incorporated a flat membrane roof at the entry that has been highly problematic (translation - prone to leakage). Low windows made proper flashing very difficult. Brian came up with a solution that involved removal of one wall of siding, the existing membrane, and the gutters, and then completely reworking the flashing and window seals prior to installation of a new roof, siding, and gutters. Attention to detail was exemplary and Redtail's crew were a pleasure to work with. Kudos to all involved."

"We are hard folks to please but we were indeed pleased in the end. Along the way we ran into some unforeseen issues such as rotten wood under the siding of our three seasons room, a 5 foot tall bees nest that needed to be removed and fiber board replaced, and I'm sure I'm forgetting something. Parks came out each day to assess the progress and we would do a walk through to see if we were on the same page. If there was something I didn't like, parks tended to agree and they would make the change. If you are like me, I recommend you are clear on your asks and assess every so often. It's important to remember that I can ask for someone to build me a green box and 25 builders will build you a box of all different sizes and 25 different shades of green. I learned a long time ago, if you want a 5x5 box with Sherman paint code 43562, 2 feet tall, made of hickory, that needs explained. The job can only as good as the decription. If you make your wants these, these guys will delivery."
