They were efficient, courteous, careful about handling all the items they moved, and even gave very helpful suggestions on placing furniture in a small apartment. Their price was very reasonable and they gave me a flat rate, instead of making me itemize every item and adding extra charges. For example, one mover required building crates for some ceramic pots. If I needed a mover again, I would try to hire nobody else but Joe and I wholeheartedly recommend him."

"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."

It was difficult to locate someone who was willing to come out to our place at the last minute, but Kim was not only willing but gave us same day service, identified the problem went to Richmond to pick up the replacement part & then not only corrected the initial problem but spent extra time inspecting the rest of the sections of the dishwasher & gave us some valuable tips on "do's & Don'ts" when using the dishwasher. He went above & beyond his initial fix , besides Allotting extra time to the fix at a reasonable price. We highly recommend him!"
