Scott, who installed the irrigation system, has been stopping by the house to check the moisture levels of the sod on a weekly basis and adjust the sprinklers as needed. Then a couple weeks after the sod installation I had a fence installed in the area, and the fencing crew trampled all over a section of the new sod, turning it into a muddy mess, despite my warnings. I was so upset, and Scott and Michael came to the rescue. They answered my frantic emails immediately, and right away Scott checked to make sure the irrigation system wasn't damaged.
