"I hired Paschal 3 times to install HVAC system and tankless water systems. About $ 45,000 worth of business. One of the units failed within 1 year. I called them and asked if it was still under warranty. The guy on the phone did not know. He was more interested in sending out a tech for money. I asked for the manager to call me back. It has been 1 day and never received a phone call. I called a competitor. They showed up right away, they honored the manufacturers warranty and got it fixed. I believe Paschal has gotten too big to give you any good customer service. Plus, their prices has gotten really expensive to keep that huge warehouse going. The competitor I used, is a smaller company with great service and they call back immediately. I have 11 rental units that need service all the time, Paschal just lost all of my business. "

"Kramer's office called to notify us that Shawn was on his way to look over our system. He arrived in about 15 minutes and went right to work. We asked him to check the air deliver pipes in the attic and he did. We explained that the rear rooms weren't cooling as well as the front so he adjusted the unit to increase air flow to them. Shawn found a clog in the condensation line that smelled and could have caused problems in the future. He cleaned the pipes thoroughly and restructured them to be more efficient. He thoroughly cleaned the outdoor and indoor units and added some Freon. Shawn opened and outside condensation pipe, cleaned it out and added some pipes to it to make it function better. Before leaving Shawn checked the vents to make sure that we were receiving adequate circulation and he explained how we could keep the unit in top condition. He advised that after the repairs he made his next check up would be much easier and less time consuming. We were extremely impressed with Shawn and will recommend Kramer to all of our friends and neighbors."

At 10:00 I received a text telling me Justin was on his way. I waited a couple hours & when no one showed up, I called the office. The office lady said that they had an emergency and had to pull some people off their assignments. Sometime after 1:00 Justin showed up. Was at my house for about 20 minutes and said he needed to leave and go to Home Depot or Lowe's to purchase supplies to do the job. He was gone about an hour, came back and installed the plumbing for the shower. This took him about 1 1/2 hours. He charged me $650.00 for about 2 hours work. He left the cleanup for me. Because I was having my old shower replaced he only put the plumbing in on the first day. The 2nd day he was scheduled to come on Wednesday between 8:00-12:00. On Tuesday around 10:00 I got a text saying he was on his way. I called the office & said my appointment was on Wednesday with them. The lady said Steve probably made a mistake when entering the appointment. Anyway I cancelled my plans & waited for Justin. He was at my house by 10:30. Was there about 10 minutes & told me he needed to leave to go buy the parts to finish my shower faucet installation. He came back in about 45 minutes and finished the work. When he was done he said he was only going to charge me for a service call & the part he bought. I said I thought the $650.00 he charged me would have covered the whole thing. He said it depends on what I was quoted. I said I didn't get a quote before the work was done & that I was pretty blindside by the $650.00. He said he would call the office & see what they wanted to do. I said remember I'm a senior citizen & you all advertise a senior discount. After talking to the office they decided not to charge me more. Again he did not clean up. My entire shower & countertop removal & installation only cost $2547.00. And the handle shower installation costs $650.00! I supplied the entire kit for the shower handle installation. He spent less than 5 hours working. The parts he supplied couldn't have been even close to $100.00 I do not recommended this company."

"We had issues with HAVC and have used Allied for plumbing previously. The tech came out and we told him the AC wasn't working and there was moisture around the unit. He replaced the "board". 5 days later I walk into the guest room and the carpet is soaked. Open the AC unit and it is pouring water. Call emergency services 3 times and they said they would contact the tech on call again. After 2 hours I told her to just make sure Allied called us first thing in the morning. Filed insurance claim and called Serv Pro. The next morning, Allied called and said unfortunately they couldn't get anyone out here until tomorrow. My husband explained this was an emergency. I called her back and she started making excuses why the tech didn't respond to emergency call. NOT the way to respond to a stressed out customer who has major damage to home because the tech didn't fix the problem in the first place. I told the dispatcher this was not acceptable and not to send anyone to our home. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ALLIED. Call someone else if you need help!!"

"I knew that I was going to need very good help with this water heater replacement. The old one was 22 years old and had a lot of sediment in it. Also the location was difficult to get to. Jack sheduled the appointment to fit my schedule. Brad and Mickey arrived promptly and tackled the situation. As expected, the drain was clogged and the tank was way too heavy to lift out without draining. When using air pressure failed, they pulled out a shop vac, jerry-rigged a small hose on the end and slowly suck out enough water to allow the tank to be lifted out. They're one of the best crews I've ever had working for me. I have my mechanic, my electrician, and now I have my plumbers. I'll never use anyone else and I highly recommend them."
