He did tell me it would take some time to get an estimate to me as they had just changed providers of the stones I wanted them to use, but it took, I feel, too long to get me the estimate, almost 2 weeks. <br /> I live on water and consequently, my lot is on a rather steep slope. My parking area is just a pull-off the road, and is built up and held in place with a retaining wall so it is even with the road. The old wall had been made of logs, and was breaking down, so it needed to be completely removed. <br /> There were some problems getting started, between some problems on my end with my bank, and un-cooperative weather, but once started, the whole thing went quite well. Denny and his guys worked quickly, and cleanly. Denny was very responsive to me whenever I had questions. The end product is very nice, and looks to be very sturdy. Everything I asked for was done. I'm very pleased. Also, when the bill came it was under the estimate price, and by a fairly substantial amount!! That made it even better! <br />"
