"The entire crew was amazing!! My first project was a roof along with wood siding repair, house painting, and installing a railing the entire length of my front porch. The price was fair and the work was completed as the weather would allow. It did not take long at all. I was kept updated on all progress and of any issue that arose promptly. This project was done Oct 2020. My 2nd project was an interior remodel that included pretty much a full gut of the kitchen, installing wood beam to open up the area, complete interior house painting, and installation of new flooring. The project took about 2 months. The cabinetry is what took the longest to come in which caused a slight delay, but no complaints. I was kept updated every few days on progress and any issues that arose. The finished product is wonderful and I get so many compliments. I have a few more projects to complete and I do not trust my home to anyone else at this point. So, Jose and his team will be hearing from me again soon."

"He was prompt, friendly, and professional. He answered all my concerns and I could easily get in contact with."

"Scott went over and above as he repaired pipes in the attic in addition to a superb roofing job. His employees are well trained and completed the job in a day and a half. The clean up was exceptional as you could not tell they had been there. Scott is a man of integrity and I will refer him to everyone who needs a roofer."

"Free estimate, good work. Had a problem with a door that came up when he was here, asked could he fix that problem. He fixed the door right away. Respectful of us & our property."

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"They did a great job. The installers were nice and very professional. The windows are bronze in the outside and white inside which we love. They pull down for easy cleaning."

"Overall work included: architectural lifetime roof replacement, gutter & siding replacement, tree haul off, yard clean up, wooden fence repairs.. MHC Roofing made the process of getting a new roof so easy for me! The owner helped me through the insurance process and was quick to answer any questions with detail. I originally hired MHC to clean up my yard after three different storms. They were such good hard workers that I decided to hire them to take care of all repairs to my property. I now have a beautiful roof, house and yard. The office workers were very kind and attentive to my request. The crews were quick to get my roof and yard looking top notch! They were able to help me through the Insurance process with ease. I can say with confidence, "Hire Modern Home Concepts for your roofing and construction needs!""

"Duraplex installed a metal roof on my house and barn. It came out great and i was very happy with the outcome. The owner and the crew are very professional and punctual. They also made sure to clean up after the work. I would recommend this company to my family and friends!"

"Matt Aguilar left a door hangar on my door representing Lake Hamilton Roofing. I knew he and his crew just completed a roof in my neighborhood and I noticed they were swift and proficient. I called Matt because we recently had a hail storm come through and he may have noticed my roof needed an inspection. After his inspection, Matt presented his findings. There was no doubt I needed new shingles. He was very explanatory about the process and expressed how little I would be involved if I so decided. As he explained, Matt handled all of the phone calls with the insurance and showed up to advocate when the adjuster performed his inspection as well. His team took care of all matters concerning the claim and managed to appease a few extra task I requested as well. In addition to replacing the shingles, the crew added additional gutters I requested, installed additional roof vents, and replaced the tin on my shed. I am very satisfied with the results and grateful for the professionalism."
