He immediately located and checked out the actual blower motor. Yes, it was quite dated, but a necessary part of our heat. Ryan's guy took the time to track down the small part we needed and fixed it for under $200. We have since then replaced the whole furnace, but that was a life-saving fix right when we needed it.
