"Ordered and paid for custom awning that was to take 5 weeks. Its now been 16 weeks and still waiting. Owner is at best noncommunicable and at worst, rude. I'm now wondering if this is a scam and not a real business."

"My experience with Legacy and Frank in particular, was simply amazing. They went above and beyond. Their generosity, kindness, attention to detail and responsiveness is simply rare. A few examples: 1. Fully tarping my old roof before bad weather came in while waiting for my roofing materials to come in. This was done without even asking! 2. Taking some bags of trash for us since they were removing the old roof anyway. Offering to do something so simple really made an impact on me. 3. Working with a painter, stucco repair and general contractor to be sure our project was finished perfectly. 4. Making suggestions we never thought of to make our home more beautiful and then helping me locate the ornamental items unrelated to the roof. 5. Always answering my calls and concerns with patience and kindness, never making me feel stupid. This is a big one. I was respected and I appreciate that."

"Todd was awesome. He responded the following day and was able to do a temporary repair until we can have the installing contractor return under warranty to make a complete repair. Todd identified a larger issue with the gutters which we would not have know about had Todd been less knowledgeable about gutter installation. He also was able to show us that the gutters were clear of debris and not clogged. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, reasonably priced, helpful, and friendly. We will be using him again and highly recommend him."

Clothes Dryer Venting Safety\nLint and additional debris can build up in your clothes dryer vent and may cause your dryer to exhaust at less than optimum efficiency. This creates potentially hazardous conditions including carbon monoxide intrusion and the possibility for exhaust fires. If a gas clothes dryer is improperly vented or the exhaust duct itself is blocked by lint or debris, carbon monoxide can be forced back into your living space.\nWhen a certified technician inspects and cleans a dryer vent, they also verify that the correct type of duct is in use. For example, plastic transition ducts (joining the dyer to the wall) should be replaced with metal duct, because it is non-flammable, unlike plastic.\nAnnual dryer exhaust vent inspections (also known as dryer exhaust duct inspections) are more necessary than ever before due to the complex construction of homes built today. Newer homes tend to have dryers located away from an outside wall in bathrooms, kitchens and in hall closets which is convenient, but potentially dangerous from a safety standpoint. These new locations mean that dryers tend to be vented longer distances and vents are generally installed with more bends to accommodate the extended path they must take through the home. As a result, dryer ducts are harder to access and this additional length creates more places where lint can collect and animals and birds can hide.\nOwner operated company
